Sony gives compensation with free 1 month PSN+ for all users

This week must be Sony’s worst week in their history, and they know that. They also know all of you are frustrated and you probably hate them right now, so their trying to win you back with a free 1 month PSN+ subscription to all users. The Playstation blog was updated with this information but I wonder if this is enough?

They are calling it the “Welcome Back” program. it’s the company’s way of appreciating your patience, support and continued loyalty. I’m sure some of you jumped shipped since personal information including credit card info was taken and it’s understandable. I’m still wondering if this is enough to win our ‘trust’ back.

Central components of the “Welcome Back” program will include:

  • Each territory will be offering selected PlayStation entertainment content for free download. Specific details of this content will be announced in each region soon.
  • All existing PlayStation Network customers will be provided with 30 days free membership in the PlayStation Plus premium service. Current members of PlayStation Plus will receive 30 days free service.
  • Music Unlimited powered by Qriocity subscribers (in countries where the service is available) will receive 30 days free service.

The content provided will be announce soon for each region so we’ll see if it’s actually worth it. But there’s one feature that I’ll abuse right away when this program goes live and that’s the cloud save feature making you back up all your game saves into the psn. I just hope the hackers won’t hack through that too.

Sony also mentioned that Some Playstation Network and Qriocity Services will be available this week. They have improved their security and will slowly turn on features of the PSN.

SNEI and its third-party experts have conducted extensive tests to verify the security strength of the PlayStation Network and Qriocity services. With these measures in place, SCE and SNEI plan to start a phased rollout by region of the services shortly. The initial phase of the rollout will include, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Restoration of Online game-play across the PlayStation®3 (PS3) and PSP® (PlayStation®Portable) systems
-This includes titles requiring online verification and downloaded games
  • Access to Music Unlimited powered by Qriocity for PS3/PSP for existing subscribers
  • Access to account management and password reset
  • Access to download un-expired Movie Rentals on PS3, PSP and MediaGo
  • PlayStation®Home
  • Friends List
  • Chat Functionality

Thanks for giving your ideas. I would also like to convey that video games have been ever before evolving. Modern tools and innovations have assisted create authentic and enjoyable games. All these entertainment video games were not that sensible when the actual concept was first of all being used. Just like other styles of electronics, video games also have had to advance via many years. This itself is testimony towards the fast growth and development of video games.
I have observed that in the world nowadays, video games would be the latest trend with children of all ages. Occasionally it may be not possible to drag your kids away from the games. If you want the best of both worlds, there are numerous educational gaming activities for kids. Interesting post.
Another issue is that video games are usually serious in nature with the key focus on studying rather than enjoyment. Although, it has an entertainment aspect to keep the kids engaged, just about every game will likely be designed to work on a specific skill set or programs, such as math concepts or scientific research. Thanks for your write-up.
I have figured out some essential things through your blog post post. One other stuff I would like to talk about is that there are many games available and which are designed specially for toddler age young children. They incorporate pattern acceptance, colors, animals, and forms. These typically focus on familiarization rather than memorization. This makes little children engaged without having a sensation like they are learning. Thanks
A further issue is really that video gaming has become one of the all-time greatest forms of entertainment for people of every age group. Kids enjoy video games, and adults do, too. The XBox 360 has become the favorite gaming systems for those who love to have a lot of video games available to them, in addition to who like to learn live with other individuals all over the world. Thank you for sharing your ideas.

Make a detailed list of weapons and items with tips on which to get and the cost.
The game features in depth character creation and leveling, an
in depth skill system, a sophisticated combat and spell system, and a decent story for
keeping players interested. Obviously the fact that you
can play instantly without download and that the game is free-to-play is a huge
thing for many players, but we also offer a lot of gameplay features that comparable titles don’t.
Here you just need to press your finger for getting their entry in this royal flick collection
where your latest, weekends, top 10 and classical flicks are waiting.
